Accepted Answer

Your safety is my top priority. If you have an injury or health condition, please ensure you've been cleared to exercise by your doctor or physiotherapist before booking a class. Once cleared, kindly let me know ahead of time so I can adapt movements to support your needs and ensure a safe, effective session.

If you're managing a more complex condition or would prefer more individualised attention, private sessions may be a better fit and can be fully tailored to your body and goals.
