Service Description

This class is a fusion of Pilates and functional strength training designed for strong beginners to intermediate movers. In each session, you'll build on the fundamentals of mindful movement - learning how to connect breath with motion, improve body awareness, and develop proper technique. We’ll increase tempo, stamina, endurance, and coordination through higher repetitions and more complex flows. Expect to move with intention, strengthen your body, and enhance both flexibility and control. This is not a suitable class for complete beginners, but a welcoming space for those ready to challenge themselves.


Cancellation Policy

All group, private, and online classes must be booked in advance via our website or WhatsApp. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation window: More than 12 hours’ notice → reschedule or receive a credit. Less than 12 hours’ notice → class is forfeited (no refund/credit). No-shows are treated as late cancellations. Class packs have expiry dates - please check validity before purchase. Because classes are small and personalised, late cancellations prevent others from joining - thank you for respecting this.
