Service Description
Our beginner class is a combination of Pilates & Functional Strength training. You can expect to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and functional strength training, become aware of your body, and learn how to move with your breath.
Cancellation Policy
All group, private, and online classes must be booked in advance via our website or WhatsApp. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation window: More than 12 hours’ notice → reschedule or receive a credit. Less than 12 hours’ notice → class is forfeited (no refund/credit). No-shows are treated as late cancellations. Class packs have expiry dates - please check validity before purchase. Because classes are small and personalised, late cancellations prevent others from joining - thank you for respecting this.
