About Tayla

At Bind Movement, my values are simple: I want you to feel excited to step onto your mat, not apprehensive. I aim for you to feel energised after every workout, not exhausted and above all, I believe in always listening to your body and its needs, approaching each session in a holistic way and helping you move your body correctly.

In 2017, I completed my Sport Science degree at Stellenbosch University. Since then, I've deepened my expertise with a 100-hour certification in children's yoga, a 200-hour yoga certification, a Beginners & Intermediate Mat Pilates course, a Pilates accessories course, and a Pregnancy Pilates course. My love for movement has been a central part of my life since I was a little girl, and this passion, combined with my purpose to help people, drives me to assist others on their personal health & wellness journey's.

My philosophy is reflected in my approach, whether it's in my group classes or a private class. I believe in approaching movement mindfully, focusing on strengthening both body and mind in a way that works best for you. What excites me most is helping you discover that movement isn't only about what happens on your mat – it's a complete system that will enhance every aspect of your life.

I hope to see you on the mat soon.
